A simple overview of how Greenwood Heritage Creative Group (GWHCG) works with our clients. We believe in keeping things clear, professional, and stress-free. Here’s what you can expect when working with us:
By accessing Greenwood Heritage Creative Group (“GWHCG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, purchasing digital products, or booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to set clear expectations and ensure a smooth and professional working relationship between you (the “Client,” “you,” or “your”) and GWHCG.
Office Hours & Communication
We’re available Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM EST.
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: Closed
Messages received after hours will be answered the next business day.
All calls and meetings must be scheduled in advance.
Bookings, Payments, Deposits & Late Fees
All projects are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
A project slot is only reserved once payment is received. Clients who wish to move ahead of the queue must pay an approved rush fee.
All services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your project. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
Flexible deposit arrangements may be available upon request, but the full 50% deposit must be collected before work officially begins.
Remaining balances are due upon project completion and prior to the release of any final deliverables
Invoices are due on the date stated in the project agreement or invoice.
Late payments will incur a 5% late fee for every 7 days past due.
Work will be paused until payment is received. This may extend project timelines and delivery dates.
If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, GWHCG reserves the right to terminate the project and retain all deposits and completed work.
Clients are responsible for any collection costs or legal fees incurred in recovering unpaid balances.
Project Timelines
Turnaround time begins once all required materials have been confirmed as received via email by the designer. Timelines are based on business days only and exclude major holidays.
Estimated turnaround times include:
Branding Services: Typically 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity.
Web Design Services: Typically 6–12 weeks, depending on scope.
Graphic Design Proofs: 7 – 10+ business days
Printed Items Proofs: 7 – 21+ business days
Custom Projects: Timelines will be outlined in your project agreement.
Shipping (via UPS, USPS, or FedEx): 6 – 10+ business days
Digital Downloads: Available immediately after purchase.
Please note: Delays may occur if requested content, approvals, or payments are not provided on time.
Revisions
Each package includes one (1) initial concept and up to three (3) rounds of revisions.
Revisions are intended to refine the agreed-upon direction and not to introduce new concepts.
Additional revisions beyond the three included will be billed at $50 per round.
Requests falling outside of the original project scope may require additional fees and extended turnaround times.
Fonts, Images & Third-Party Assets
To maintain quality and consistency, GWHCG may purchase licensed fonts, stock images, icons, or other creative assets on behalf of the client.
A reasonable budget for these items is included in the cost of your package.
Should your project require assets beyond the allotted budget (e.g., premium or extended licenses), you will be notified in advance and billed separately.
Whenever possible, licenses are purchased in the client’s name for continued use after project completion.
Shipping & Physical Products
You’ll receive a shipping estimate at checkout or in your agreement.
GWHCG isn’t responsible for shipping delays or damages once items are with the carrier.
International clients are responsible for customs fees or duties
Returns & Refunds
Digital Products: Non-refundable due to instant delivery.
Services: Deposits and fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued once work has commenced.
Physical Products: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials (such as copy, logos, product photos, links, and brand assets) in a timely manner.
Delayed submission of assets will result in postponed project timelines.
Clients must review and approve drafts, proofs, or mockups within the timeframe specified in their project agreement.
GWHCG is not responsible for missed deadlines or errors caused by late submissions, incomplete information, or lack of communication from the client.
Hosting & Domain
Hosting and domains are not included in project costs.
Domains (recommended via GoDaddy): approx. $15/year.
Print Handling & Vendor Coordination
We can handle printing for you! A 20–30% coordination fee covers vendor communication and quality checks.
Or, you can manage printing on your own with our print-ready files.
Our Use Of AI
GWHCG may use Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) tools as part of our creative process. These tools are used only as supportive resources, NOT a replacement for our expertise.
All final design direction, strategy, and creative execution are developed and approved by GWHCG’s creative team which has over 14+ years of experience.
AI is never used as a substitute for professional expertise or originality. Instead, it is integrated as a collaborative tool to help streamline workflows, explore concepts, and provide clients with efficient, innovative options.
Clients maintain the same rights and protections to their deliverables, regardless of whether AI tools were part of the development process.
Intellectual Property
All original concepts, designs, and content remain the property of GWHCG until the project is paid in full.
Once payment is complete, final deliverables become the property of the client, excluding unused concepts, working files, or design drafts, which remain GWHCG property.
Limitation of Liability
GWHCG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
While we are committed to producing professional results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales, social media growth, or revenue increases).
Updates to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
